History

Founded in 1992, RRC Group is one of the leading international value added distributors across Russia and the ex-USSR, specialising in IT enterprise solutions for value added resellers.

RRC provides a wide range of high-tech products, services and solutions, including servers, storage systems, networking, infrastructure software, data capture, IoT, as well as voice, data and video communication products, along with maintenance , professional services and a Cloud Market Place for Partners.

Growth is coming from most countries of RRC territory,with a strong position in Russia.The IT market is going through a difficult period with a growing market share going to local or Asian Vendors, and is still recovering from the devaluation of the Russian currency in 2015. With its historical focus on a limited number of key B2B Vendors and on new, fast developing market segments, RRC is successfully adapting to the new environment and is achieving a faster growth than the overall market.

RRC continued to invest in new Vendors and new offering, in particular with a new and fast growing Cloud Market place – Bento Cloud – allowing Resellers and VAR’s to enter the new market of Public Cloud business with less investment and with the full support from RRC in terms of education, training and administration of the sales process.

In 2015, the RRC Group sold its Eastern European operations to Ingram Micro, the leading international Distribution company, the deal being finalized in June 2016.
Onwards, the RRC Group continues to operate in Russia and most of the ex-USSR countries, guided by the same principles and strategy that made it so successful over the past decades.
